My keyboard tray is pretty small, all the gaming mouse pads I see are biiiig as hell, I have a doNivo keyboard and the num pad isn't on the tray, but space is still kind of limited. Who makes a good quality mouse pad that doesn't need 12x12 inches, I'd be fine with a mini version of something. Like maybe the size of a normal mouse pad, just made out of something that will help me frag a bit better.

thanks

depends on whether or not you use a laser mouse
Icemat second ed. is my recommendation if you dont
comes in lots of colors, kinda pricy
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817114203
a friend of mine has had his for nearly 2 years, and has no signs of wear(seen it myself)

if you DO use a laser mouse, or just dont like the idea of a glass mousepad, id recommend steelpad

$15, its 12"x10"(like the icemat)
keep in mind its cloth
and cloth, like aluminum or plastic, will wear out over time

Ha ha.
On the newegg item description for the Icemat, one of the features is: "Looks damn cool".

Props to newegg.

I like the 2nd one, might order it tomorrow. found a nice one on steams web site but they are sold out and I can't find it anywhere except some UK site. had a pic of a street sign with a stick dude getting hit with a toilet, would be perfect for when I hit HL2 DM at net cafes but oh well

I already posted my stuff in the last gaming mousepad thread so I wont do it again here.
I got 5 of them from Newegg, (just as an experiment).

The Xtrac pro is darn nice.
The QwikSteel pad is great.
The SteelPad S&S might seem nice, but its actually very noisy. Not recommended.

I like quality mouse pads but its sort of like a gaming mouse or a hi-quality LCD.
Most people cant even tell the difference or wont appreciate it. So you have to decide for yourself.
