Help me find a MB for my friends 1ghz athalon / pc133 under 100

I need to order a motherboard quick by tommorow and he needs a replacement that will take pc133 ram thats under 100 dollars... I'm probably going to order from newegg with some other stuff. I'd get the epox but it takes ddr ram and he doesnt want to shell out $ for ddr ram right now. He doesn't need to overclock.
 
I have one system with a K7S5A , 256k PC133 and 300W power supply. Another has
256k PC2100 and 340W ps. Both are rock solid even slightly overclocked at 138.
But, and I mean but, make sure your friends ps is at least 300W. If it isn't, upgrade it
with the bread you save on the MB!
