Interested in doing some indoor kitchen grilling.

I want to put the grill on the stove (and maybe in the oven too), anyone got any good suggestions??

It must be easy to clean (non stick), and the non stick coating must last a long time

Oxymoron

No, not an insult.

Non stick pans are not designed for the high heat required to sear and grill. Get a cast iron pan and season it according to the directions, and it will be better than a $200.00 All-Clad for that purpose, and clean-up isnt a problem

Lodge is a good brand, but cast iron is no trick to make. What you want to do is follow the seasoning directions. you coat the inside of the pan with cooking oil or shortening, and put it in the oven at a low temperature for a long time. The oil polymerizes and forms a good relatively non stick surface that improves with use. Expect to pay about 20 dollars for a 9 inch pan. Hardware stores are a good source for them.
