Help me find a gamepad

I just picked up NBA Live 2003 for the PC, and I need a gamepad. I'm looking at this one. Has anybody used the
FireStorm Dual Power gamepad? What do you think of it?

BTW, interesting review at the bottom of the page:

?If you are in need of a super quality video card, this is a definite head turner. The quality and performance could definitely finish 1 and 2 in their high school graduating class. The price range is so low, you could do no better to find a cheaper card.?

I am still using my original Logitech Wingman USB. Thing must have been through 4 or 5 incarnations of NHL and Madden on PC and still goes strong.

How many buttons does this one have? Analog stick?

Get one of those DualShock to USB converters. Live 03 feels very natural with it...

You can get on on eBay that supports two controllers on the same device...

I bought a blue DualShock 2 just for my PC. Granted I do have a PS2, I don't play it as often as I should...

Its supposed to. I'll turn it on and see. I've been playing Live recently, have a few more games till my season ends...

It's a great gamepad -- I have one 🙂 I like it more than my ps2 controller actually. Gotta love all those buttons 😀

I can't find Force Feedback in NBA Live, but I know the drives support it. If you go to Game Controllers and the Control Panel, you can customize how powerful you want the rumbles to be...

If you play FPS games, which are usually the best games on the PC, these gamepads falter miserably in their configurability.

If you intend soleley to use such a gamepad, then buy these FPS games for the console (i.e Xbox, GC, PS2). FPS console games are configured to work correctly with such a dual analog/digital controller, but unfortunately NOT for the PC. I've gone thru 6 of the best controllers for the PC and you will ALWAYS run into issues for the latest games--it's too much of a crapshoot to invest money on such a controller for the PC.

If FPS is in your future, get instead the new Logitech Wireless or corded mouse which has 9 functions. Mouse

I bought my brother that wireless Saitek for Christmas specifically for him to use with NBA Live 2003. He liked it.

How well has it held up? I've had two Saiteks over the years, and both of them turned out to be big POSs.
