Dell part number J4461 / ATI eHome Wonder theater 200 card

I need it to work with windows xp professional.
 
Yup, even just reinstalled and restarted, no dice. I know its that card because when I remove it the "Multimedia Video Controller" under the ? mark in device manager goes away.
