Help me figure out who's autograph this is?

I found this Las Vegas Hilton Baccarat card in a pocket of a sports jacket that I picked up at a local thrift store. Can anyone figure out who it is? It looks like there are two people.

Maybe, "To John, best wishes....Thomas Hilt? and Mon Hearn?" I have no idea.......
