Help me figure out what type of ram I have

So my cousin gave me ram sticks awhile ago, in total it is 2 GB of memory made up of 4 512 MB sticks. They have custom heat spreaderson them so I can't see the model number. I've used Sandra to try to figure out what ram I have and it says its Micron. Now the memory might be ECC and registered but I am not sure, is there a way to find out more information on them? Oh and is Sandra pretty accurate?

Ah kk, so the ram comes out to be ddr2-667, Micron, registered and ECC. So how much are these 4 512 mb sticks worth?
