CPU temp = duh

System temp = I'm guessing ambient air temp?

PWM IC temp = ????? I've googled, and googled, and can't figure out what temp this is representing. Power supply? Northbridge (which I doubt b/c of some tests I've done w/ NB cooling), other power component somewhere?

It stands for pulse width modulator - it's the power supply for the CPU.

If you look at the mobo, next to the CPU socket you'll see a bunch of black square transistors with some inductors next to them (ceramic donuts with wire wrapped around). That's the PWM.
