help me figure out what song i'm thinking of

I'm guessing from around mid 90s - seems really likely it's methodman. Has a loop that is mostly horns. The loop sounds similar to something from Rocky but I know it's not. I've tried to figure it out but I'm getting no where - I'll let the power of the OT take care of this for me....

I thought he was suggesting "who is methodman" as a song that I just happened to not know. Upon further investigation it seems that was actually a question.
