Help me figure out Unknown Hardware in Win2k

Dual booting
Win98SE / Win2k

In device manager under Win2k, I have a device with a yellow exclamation point that is driving me crazy! It is labeled "pci device" and I have no idea what this is...I think it is either related with the sblive or ATA-100 on my cusl2 board? I'm not sure though. If it is the Ata-100, where would i get the drivers for this for win2k? Under win98se everything is setup properly.

you sure every pci device in your machine appears correctly in device manager?

for the ata100, the win2k driver should be in the CD that comes with the Asus mobo.

Do you have a PCI Modem?
I had the exact same problem, and I had to force W2K install the driver for it.
By the way, it's not W2k problem, it's CUSL2. CUSL2 cannot not recognize a PCI Modem for some reason.
