Received an email today from someone I don't even know (sega@sega.default.net). I don't know that this email is about and why I received it. I don't know if it's something important or what. If it is what should I do with it. Should I turn it in to someone or just delete it. I don't know if it's important of what.

The title of the message was (Classified Information - Destroy after reading). Here is the body of the message.

"Check this out dude. I was screwing around with some of the more sensitive
quasi-governmental sites just to see what popped up, (I actually had a
laptop hard-wired into a LAN in Maryland via a friend's Ethernet connection
and server) and all of a sudden it starts picking up random junk. I think
somehow the hack had the network thinking it was an all-user destination on
one of their mailing lists or something. Anyway, most of it's useless (I was
up until 4 reading bad emails, let me tell you, the "intelligence community"
is definitely a misnomer). This thing here is the only one that seemed
remotely interesting but it makes no sense. I thought you might like it
because of the encryption stuff. Enjoy! -Mozz

Aliens are attempting communication with you. Move to Roswell, New Mexico.

If two of you got the exact same email, it's probably spam. Might be a test to see if you reply and confirm your address is spammable.

View the full headers, I bet it's been bounced through several servers.

Normally, any email that begins with the phrase "Check this out dude" should be discarded immediately.
