If I could title the song, it would be "Underground" but apparently that's not it (it was - I just suck at Googling). It features mostly a guy with a deep voice talking about things happening underground. He puts strong emphasis on "underground". If any of you saw the movie Robots, it played during the "hell" sequences. The song isn't listed on the soundtrack, it's only available on the composer's score which doesn't have a track listing. IIRC it had lots of singular drum hits in it.
