Help me figure out this person's name?

I got a call back from a resume I sent in the other day; the lady left a message on my answering machine and she has an Asian accent (at least I think it's Asian) and I can't make out her name. It sounds like she said "Chiva" but it's hard to tell... is that an Asian name?

EDIT: And I think Chiva is a Thai name.
