Help me figure out my CPU temp!

Link to my screwy CPU temps

As you can see, these programs are all reporting different temperatures. My BIOS reports ~35c.

Core Temp - 62c, 62c
Speedfan - 47c, 48c
Intel TAT - 65c, 63c
BIOS - ~35c

Which is my Tjunction? Which measurement(s) should I be looking at?
