I'm remodeling our bathroom. My wife brought home vanity lights that are something like these.
Because our house has a gambrel roof, The wall where the vanities are has a slant at about 5 feet, like this.
Because of this evil slant, I can't hold the lights up as high as I'd like. I can get the lights in if I lower them about 4 inches, but it's looking like that may be too low.
How high are the vanity lights in your bathroom?

I just went into my bathroom for a quick look. The top of my vanity lights are level with the top of the bathroom door frame, to give you some kind of idea.

Is the top of your door frame real close to the ceiling?
(Thanks for helping, BTW!!!)

Mine are really low. There's only a few inches from the door frame. It looks like I have to hold the lights about 9 inches down from the ceiling.

It looks like my lights will end up at about 6' to the bottom of the shades. The lights on these fixtures hang down. If they turned up, they'd probably be almost as high as yours, Lee.
It looks like I'll be able to get a 30" high mirror above the backsplash. The woman is having mirrors custom cut, so they can be whatever we want. We'll just make them as big as possible.
Thanks for helping, guys!!!
