Help Me: Error While Starting XP

When XP finish loads I get a window saying
"The system has recovered from a serious error"

The error signature is
BCCode : 24 BCP1 : 001902F8 BCP2 : F6D9FEEC BCP3 : F6D9FBEC
BCP4 : FAA59A61 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 0_0 Product : 256_1

to disable this message:
start--> control panel --> system -->advaneced --> error reporting (bottom left) --> check disable error reporting and uncheck But Notify Me when critical errors occur.
