HELP me! Epox 8KHA does not let me boost past the post screen

When I boot up, it checks and detects the video card, CPU properly, then checks the memory, then checks the Floppy, all of them are OK, after the memory it displays that screen where it tells you your system specs (CPU, memory, FDD, etc). I can NOT get past this screen. I tried to boot from a floppy using a WinXP Pro boot disk and I also tried a Win98 boot disk with no luck. I also tried to boot off a preformatted HDD with just boot disk info on it and it does not work. Yes, I went into the BIOS and set it boot off a FDD and also a HDD. It seems like the BIOS refuses to boot to any HDD or FDD.

Any suggestions?

Fug it. This is my 2nd board from Epox that has gone bad. Epox might be one of the best boards out there but I have not had any luck with it. I am going to go out and buy a SOYO Dragon Plus to replace it with.
