Help me design an enclosure

I have this bare LCD panel that I bought from a friend. It's a medical grade 1366 x 768 panel that I'm going to be using as a TV. I'll be driving it with a custom board (it already works). It just needs an enclosure/case.

I could use some tips on what type of material to use and how to plan the thing out. Some of you guys are geniuses so let's see it shine
