that seems way too big for that room and really, there's no reason to have an entertainment center in your bedroom.Replace the entertainment center with one of these:

the best solution, imo, is to mount the TV on the wall or combine the tv/monitor. doesn't look like it's setup in such a way that one would watch tv while on the computer anyways.

also, since when did "a bit of an apartment in my parent's house consisting of two bedrooms" become an acceptable euphemism for "i still live at home"?
Since moving back home after college has become FAR more common, I suppose? It's not quite what it used to be, and I think the stigma is slowly diminishing as well .. much to the chagrin of ATOT.![]()
I'd put all your dvd's in the drawers on the entertainment unit, DUST, then you can get rid of that rack thing. DUST, then group your planes together in one spot, or put them in flat boxes and slide them under your bed. DUST and zap strap your wires up. DUST and to update the entertainment unit to make a more clean look is change out the handles and knobs then last but not least DUST!![]()
