Help me decide what to do when I graduate next June

Ok I know it's a long ways away and a lot can happen between now and then, but assuming things don't change, here's my situation.

I am a Information Systems major with a minor in Comp. Sci. and accounting. I currently work for a GIS mapping company as a Sys Admin making 7 bucks an hour (I'm an intern). No chance of making anymore money as an intern so let's fast forward to next June.

I am basically considering 2 options.

1. Stay at my current place of employment in a small town. Once you graduate and you sign on you immediately go salary starting at $30,000, which is good to start around here. I can get a decent apartment for around $400 a month, save money and go from there. The job is good and challenging, and I enjoy the people I work with.

2. Don't go full time and instead move south to Pittsburgh. I know one person that lives down there and she says the job market is booming right now in Pitt. Apparently the cost of living is very similar to northern PA. I think I would enjoy the city life but would be packing up my whole life and moving. I probably wouldn't have a job lined up, but could find something relatively easily with my experience.

There is no significant other involved, and there are no other hidden factors other than what is listed.

What would you guys do?

go for masters degree instead?

Meh, I honestly don't care that much about money that I'd want to take the time for masters. And I don't think I'd like the responsibility that comes along with a masters level position. 😉
