yeah, labor is cheap, not as cheap as Chinese labor though. Too bad the Chinese can't speak a damn word of coherent English. Otherwise, they would have capitalized on the tech support as well.
Indians can speak incoherent English, and they suck at tech support. But they sure are good at spelling!
