Help me decide on budget video card!

I am looking to purchase a low/middle end AGP video card in the 100.00 range. I will be ordering this card from Newegg along with other hw to build a another comp. I am wanting something that is Dx9 compatible and will run Doom3/HL2 at a playable rate while still retaining the awesome lighting and textures. Right now the 2 cards I'm debating are the Gf 6200 128mb and the Radeon 9600 Pro 128mb. I invite everyone to share their opinions and offer any advice or other recommendations. Thanks!!

6200, because it is OK on its own (NOT THE TC VERSION) and you have a high chance of unlocking 4 pipelines in it, and OCing it, making it act more like a 6600/gt hybrid

6200 is what you should get, plus it has Shader Model 3.0, which will be awesome for next generation games, where as a 9600 has SM2.0, which will do OK for games now...but most likely not in the long run
