Help me decide on a MB please!

I need to order a MB fast, since I already ordered all the other parts.

I chose this one
BOXD975XBXLKR Socket T (LGA 775) Intel 975X ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

I would like to know if anyone is having any compatibility issues with this board and
CORSAIR TWIN2X2048-5400C4 2GB KIT (1GB x 2) PC25400 675MHZ MATCHED
PAIR 4-4-4-12 240-PIN DDR2 and the Conroe 6600.

Someone already ttold me he had USB issues with this board.

I also have the DS3 alternative but I already ordered the corsair ram, does anyone knows if this ram is compatible with the DS3?

the ram shouldn't have any compatability issues.
But if u are gonna overclock,u should look for some other board.Like the ASUS P5WDH or DFI Infinity 975x.
Cause the intel's 975x board doesn't have a lot of options as far as OCing is concerned.(plus the DFI is quite a bit cheaper)Or the FOXCON 975XAB version is also good.
