Help me decide on 4.1 speakers: Creative Inspire 4400 or Logitech z-540?

I'm in the market for a "budget" 4.1 system to supplement my SB Live Value. Both of these speaker systems have enough power to fill my 10x10 room that I have. I want something that will not only work for just playing games, but also music, and DVD's ofcourse. Just wanted some helpfull hints before I go out and purchase one of these speakers.

BTW - both of these will cost me about the same around 50-60 bucks.

Thanks.

i have the creative 4.1 and for the money they are realy nice but i would have to say go with the logitech. there sweet speakers. the logitech has more controls but there on one of the speakers, creative has the cool little control box but it only controls master volume. to be honest the creative bass has always been more than i need, i've never had it up all the way but i'm in an apartment.
do the logitech ones have a headphone jack on the control speaker? if so that would be all the better.

I have the Z540s and my brother has the Inspire 4400. I'd have to say the Logitechs provide much more base...and I love them. I've never cranked them up all the way but half way will produce a heck of a lot of sound on the Z540s. Hope this helps.
