help me decide between 2 Cell phones*figured out what phone, now a plan*

The Nokia 5165 or the Motorola V2397
I know theres a big price difference, but, I need a phone that will come in good where I am, the one i have now it dosnt come in good in some places, like not at all when it should be... cus other friends of mines phones come in good where mine dosnt. I've read the features, I am leaning towards the Nokia, but what do you think?

I have the nokia 5165, and i like it just fine, the motorola looks "dumb". sorry for the highly technical term. Plus you can rice your 5165 easily

find a service that offers it for .01cents... i think mine was something cheap like that. Us Cellular

I have the Nokia 5165 and it is a nice phone. Very clear and the standby time is great...

hmm..... now which plan do I want?
I dont talk alot on it, but i do call people but not talk forever.
this one was recommended for me since i call out of state sometimes, but i was thinking this one was also good.

I get email and can do the whole 2-way text thing on the 5165. It's actually a pretty good little phone.
