I need to order an inexpensive HDMI cable from monoprice for mom and dads TV. Good grief there are a gazillion choices. They just need a cable to go from the back of their HDMI cable box to the TV to free up the component inputs for the old style DVD player.

Just need a basic HDMI cable - I'd say 4 feet long would be sufficient, 6 feet max. Help me cut to the chase and choose a basic cable.

Yes, the 28G tinned copper one is what I consider the standard, baseline one 5 ft one is probably a good choice; there was another thread about how Monoprice tech said 3 ft. and under didn't allow full bandwidth to develop; may not be an issue in practice, but price difference is so little that 5 ft. one allows good flexibility in terms of placement).
