Tell her it's probably more natural than the stuff that she's been on already, and that she should at least give it a try. It's the mind set that changes how "evil" it is. If you're taking drugs to get high and want to be a burn out and stuff, that's bad, but if you're taking it because the effects may actually help you, then that's a good reason to take it. It's basically natural medicine.

If that were true, the only doctors available would be surgeons.

And there'd definitely be no anesthetists. Fuck that D:.

Also, mammodor is talking about mental illness. Hah, he ought to know.

Have the doctor prescribe her marinol which is THC in pill form. She won't know what it is.

Ohh a keyboard warrior

Not at all, I'm a chump who's too busy changing diapers and chasing a toddler to get into petty arguments with strangers that rely not on research or evidence but rely on inane, baseless rhetoric. Listen, if you said "this article says marijuana inflames condition Y, you should really think twice" then I"d thank you for your viewpoint and do some more homework, instead you literally say the broadest statement /non-argument possible, how would you like me to react? "Thank you, can I have another?"

I think he's like 12. 12 year olds shouldn't do drugs anyway. Or be on atot.

I think paraphernalia would intimidate her and make her more self-conscious. I don't know though, maybe they were common in india when she was growing up?

Since you said she wears a sari I was thinking she might see that as a more respectable/traditional thing, but I have no idea if that's even a thing where she's from originally.

And a quick google turned this up, looks promising.

15 actually, and I tend to agree. I know weed does have bad effects on developing (less than 25 y/o) brains, specifically with cognition and memory, and I'm fairly certain ATOT is hazardous to all.

Do you take Tylenol or Advil for headaches? Drink coffee or other caffeinated beverage? Take pills for high blood pressure?

If so, guess what? You take drugs.
One of the prescription drugs I take has a crazy list of cautions and side effects including high blood sugar. I mainly it take for sleep but I would rather smoke or ingest a natural plant product if it was an option.

Pot side effects include ordering pizza, listening to music, making menial tasks interesting and taking a nap.

my DARE class taught me my flintstones vitamins were bullshit and cocaine was where the good shit was at.

Cocaine will age you almost s fast as meth, first thing it does is attack the heart, this is no "safe" buzz by any means and your a fool to not know this.

This, this is why people make fun of you.

OP I don't have any science to throw at you, but look into vaporizers as a delivery method. It works by vaporizing (duh) the weed instead of burning it, and since the stuff with pharmacological effects has a higher vaporisation temperature than, say, the actual plant matter, it results in inhaling fewer byproducts. That makes your lungs happier, and it means any weed you use will go a lot further than if you were smoking it in a joint.
Excellent advise.

eh, from the studies I have seen long term constant coke use can be pretty bad, but occasional coke use has very little long term side effects.

I have never tried the stuff personally and dont care to, but a lot of the "harder" drugs can have safe recreational dosages with little to no side effects long term.

Would make sense for stuff like cocaine. The main problem with cocaine is that it is so addictive. Ironically Tobacco is just as addictive as yet is fully legalized.
