What do you mean "where do I go to configure networking"? Do you mean where do I go to configure the local NIC's? If so, right-click on MY NETWORK PLACES and select PROPERTIES. You should see at least LOCAL AREA CONNECTION. If so, the edit the properties of that.

If this is not what you mean, then what exactly?
