help me chose motherboard for core2duo E4500

i have a Compaq Presario SG3250IL Desktop PC
now i want to upgrade my mobo bcuz i am going to use my existing mobo with other PC

so i am looking for a mobo for core2duo E4500

i need a mobo which support both ddr2 and ddr3 memory

it should have PCIe x16 2.0 slot for graphic card that i will buy later

integrated graphics so that i can play few more games, at present i can play NFS most wanted, GTA san andrias, call of duty 1.....
ram support should be 8GB +
mobo should support quad core for future upgrades

i can pay 5000INR for the mobo that is around $100

so please help me

There are no C2D mobos with integrated graphics, and DDR2 and DDR3 slots. Sorry.

My asrock g43 fullhd has 2 ddr2 and 2 ddr3 slots, hdmi support, and pci-e 2.0.
