Help me chose a new sofa

I have been looking at getting a sofa for my apartment I moved into recently, but I have been having trouble deciding. I have narrowed it down to two choices and was hoping that ATOT could help me decide. Thanks in advance.

Choice 1:
Ikea Arild

Choice 2:
Macy's Corona

It's strange - those couches are very similar, but the Corona looks like it's from the 70s and the Ikea couch looks very modern (partly because of the colors, and partly because of metal vs wood I think). So which would better describe your decor? 70s or modern?

My apartment's decor is probably more 70's looking than modern. A big part of that is that it is an older building (early 30's) with hardwood floors and built ins.
