HELP ME CHOSE A CARD!!

there's so much stuff out there ad so many sites i'm goig nuts!
basically this is what i want:

-64 MB DDR
-PCI card
-dual monitor (both taking the regular monitor cable; if not i've heard of those other ports but i don't know how i'd connect a regular monitor to that. any ideas?)
-tv out

and thats it!!

i don't want to spend more than say, 80 bucks, but i don't know what to do! help!!
i've looked at the ati radeon 7500 which has dual monitor support but one of the ports is weird and i don't know how i'd make a regular monitor fit into that port.

Most of the radeons come with a dvi-vga adapter, if it doesn't you can buy one at their website for $20 I believe.

a) can you find it cheaper?
b) does it definitely have dual monitor support just because its the same thing that someone else posted? thing is there are so many different models and stuff this may just not have dual monitor support which i really want!!

This ati 9000 has dual monitor support and TV-out, but you will need a dvi to vga adapter, I'll go find out what it costs (i have one but am using it at the moment).

Here is a radeon 7500 Le ($70) with TVout, and dual monitor using a dvi as second output. Here is the price of a dvi to vga converter.
