help me choose the mainboard to go with

OK this is my setup without the mainboard:

1600+
256mb 333 ram
60gb wd hd
ati radeon 9700 pro/gf4 ti4200
sb audigy
cheapo nic
dvd-rw drive
floppy
inline watercooling setup

I am looking for a motherboard to do the following:

Take the proc up to 200mhz fsb
make sure the vid card can handle the 200mhz fsb (both)
no hd corruption at 200mhz fsb
usb 2.0
agp 8x but not 100% needed (would like tho)
possibly serial ata but not needed
possibly a firewire connection but again not needed
No need for raid but hey it's fine if i get it
STABLE OVERCLOCKER!!

SOMEWHAT price conscientous...
must be available by end of next week...

recommendations PLEASE

I would get a Epox with the 8235 South bridge. Good solid overclocker from all the listing I see.
