Question Help me choose the better memory?

I'm in process of ordering components for my next computer. I have already ordered the case (Phanteks P400S TG black) and PSU (be quiet1 Pure power 11 700W CM) and have some troubles choosing the right memory: I'm in doubt between two models (both are supported according to QVL of the motherboard I plan to get, a Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite):

HyperX HX432C16PB3/16

and

G. Skill F4-3200C16D-32GVK Ripjaws V.

Which one should I get?

Also what is the difference between memory modules which according to the specs run at 1.2V or1.35V?

I forgot, HyperX HX432C16PB3/16 is 16 GB module and I plan to get 2 of them, while G. Skill F4-3200C16D-32GVK Ripjaws V is sold as a kit of 2 memory modules of 16 GB.

both chips run at 3200 cas 16-18-18 1.35v. So unless you're going to run it at a slower speed, they should be comparable.
the HyperX runs at 16-18-18-36, whereas the G-skill runs at 16-18-18-38, so the HyperX is theoretically a bit faster.
In the end, you should get whichever is cheaper.
1.2V uses less power than 1.35V. Both sets of ram list the clock speeds they can run at on 1.2V.

Thanks for the reply. I'll go with HyperX. I have used them before and never gave me problems. I have been thinking about the amount of ram to purchase. My dilemma is:

Getting a Ryzen 3600 with 32 GB of RAM or getting Ryzen 3700X with 16 GB (and add memory later).

I'd go 3700X with 16GB.
