Help me choose the best setup for my Plextor

Help. I keep changing my mind.
My Duron 700 has previously run at 1026 (108x9.5) at 1.85V. This is not acceptable setting now, since I found better options after I changed fan & thermal grease. I'm considerin these stable setups now:
Let me hear what your say. Which one will you choose ?

Duron 700@1000 (10x100) at 1.775V --> NOTHING in my PCI/IDE bus overclocked.
*** Love this setting. I feel safe with my Plextor, but I hate the memory score. My PC66 is running 133 CAS3 giving me 447/554 MB/sec in SySoft.

Duron 700@1006 (9.5x106) at 1.775V --> 35.3MHz PCI.
*** My Plextor 1210TA & Yamaha 4416S overclocked It should work harder now, but I love the memory score. My PC66 gives me 461/588 MB/sec. Overal performance is better too!

I keep changing my mind between these 2 setups. Have changed 7x today.
Should I overclock my Plextor & Yamaha? I know it is still quite safe, but it should work harder then. I'm worried it will shorten their lifetime.

Don't pamper the Plextor. Beat it down!!! Seriously though, I don't think it should shorten the lifespan of either drive. If either start acting up, you can always reduce the FSB back to 100. 35MHz PCI isn't that bad (2MHz) and any drive that's worth anything should be able to handle that
