Help me choose the best motherboard for this CPU/Vid Card

Motherboard: Asus, Socket 939
CPU: Opteron 165/175
Video Card: Geforce 6800

What Asus mobo would be best? I don't really game, so I'm thinking I don't need SLi.

WTF your are gunna spend 300+ on a vid card if you don't game tell me what this comp is for and we'll help pick out a better Vid card and CPU. I assume you plan to OC?

I edited the vid card. The comp is going to be used for memory intensive apps and some video editing.

Thats a much better choice if thats what you'll be using the comp for. Do you plan to OC?

Regular A8N-E Deluxe should do fine... Why stick with Asus anyway?
