Cheapest is not necessarily the best value. Check all the reviews as well. Go for the nbest quality for the dollar, not the cheapest. Usually you end up getting what you pay for. In that vein, my choice would be #1.
 
go with the asus motherboard. they have always had the best reviews over the years and have achieved many high scores.
