Help me choose MB

I'm thinking of getting a E7200 Wolfdale. Looking for a Mb to pair with it.
So far I've looked at these:

Any one stand out as better than the others. They're all pretty similar.

The asus P5 seems the obvious choice these days. The gigabyte p35 is also nice.

Well the p35 will use a fraction more power for the chipset, not sure if that is a factor or not.
The asus power connector is in a slightly awkward place, but aside from that seems to be a solid choice.
Assuming you are getting a cpu too, it might be worth looking at any combo deals in place - I just ordered an E8400 with the P5Q pro from newegg:

There are some other deals around with other cpu's, but that looked the best value to me.

That gets you $20 off an e7200 with the biostar mobo, which also seems to be very good value.

why not consider Asus/gigabyte's newer P43/45 line? I think if you get the P35 now it's getting to be a bit old. you can get one for about $100 depending on the features you looking for of course.

GIGABYTE GA-EP43-DS3L is one of the best budget boards imo.

These options seem better as they are more in line of the performance/power savings features. The P35 board you have in your OP is a bit older and if you deside on that, go with the EP35 version. But if you are going to go that route, get the EP43/45 as they run a bit cooler and have ich10. Just a better layout and seem to be very reliable. I own 1 EP35, 1 P35 board and a EP45 plus others and the EP45 has a few more features and I like how I can fine tune my OC's.

I was considering the EP35 board to get the extra PCI slot. I wanted to use my IDE devices for now and not get everything SATA. The extra PCI can be used for Controller card. What kind of stuff goes in the PCI-E slots? I know 1 is for GPU.
