Help me Choose c2d Motherboard decent overclocker!

Ok my ram is not the greatest but i dont plan on changing anytime soon.. its mushkin greenline pc 5300.. so i know im not going to get the greatest in oc.. but i would like to get 3 maybe 400 mhz overlock out of my new e6400... now my question what motherboard should i go with.. i need options also.. i dont care about sli and i would like to keep it in the 100 dollar range maybe a little over... I dont prefer any brand over the other as ive had them all at one time... i now have in my possession a p5nsli asus motherboard but the latest updates no one s getting past 10% oc on it.. so ill prolly give this one to a buddy of mine and get me something that oc s a little better non sli... thanks for your help guys...
