Help me choose between two DSL-routers

I'm moving to a town where Qwest/Centurylink is (very sadly) my only Internet option other than cable. They won't provide a DSL modem and I don't feel like renting one, so I'm planning to buy a DSL modem-router.

Please help me choose between these two. Which has the better features?

Netgear DGN1000 Available at Walmart for $80

Actiontec PK5000 Available at Walmart for $84

There are higher rated ADSL2+ modem/routers than those two at Walmart.
If you're locked into purchasing from the Big W, buy This Actiontec GT784WN.

Both seem OK. But g? Why not n?

I think for home use, both have usual features one would expect.

If you plan on a combo (Modem/Router).

It does not matter what you buy/get, by design they meant to presumably "save" and compromise and thus all are C**p".
