Any of these cards I should stay away from? For HDTV viewing (I'm using an Avermedia MCE-180 HDTV tuner card with the Nvidia mpeg-2 decoder), will I see any difference between 128MB and 256MB of video memory? Thanks very much.

Asus N6600/TD GeForce 6600 AGP 8X 128MB
Chaintech SA6600 GeForce 6600 AGP 8X 256MB
eVGA e-GeForce 6600 GT AGP 8X 128MB
Gigabyte GV-N66256DP GeForce 6600 Turbo Force Edition AGP 8X 256MB

The amount of memory on the card won't impact HDTV viewing. You have an HDTV add-on card, I presume? FWIW, I have the Chaintech SA6600 w/ 256 MB in mykid's rig...it performs very well and will run games at 1280x1024 w/ medium detail...IQ is better than most nVIDIA cards I've had.

The amount of memory isn't that important, but the memory bandwidth is. 10GB/s is the sweet spot. Out of those listed the GT is the best bet. The others wouldn't be bad, however, for 720p. They are probably in the 8GB/s range.
