I"m not an audiophile, but I would like something that will last, sound decent, and will last a while in terms of quality and price.
Based on only looks, I like the z512 because it has the tower rear speakers, but I dont know if it is worth the extra cost(A couple extra hundred bucks at least).
From the specs, I see that the z512 has 1200 watts, and the z310 has 1000 watts.
In terms of sound and quality, does it make a big difference?
What other features or technical specs does the z512 offer that the z310 does not have?
Things I would want or will be doing with my htib
1. want wirless rear speakers
2. want to be able to plug a hard drive into the usb and watch movies and listen to music from that, rather then burn files in a CD first
3. want to use the speakers also for TV/cable watching, and not just movie watching(via optical cord maybe).
If someone can decipher the other techncial specs for me, that'll be great.
