Help me choose between these 2 older mobo's (P4, Epox or Asus)

Making a deal with a buddy. I get to choose from an Epox 4G4AI or Asus P4PE. I haven't been in the Intel loop in a while so I am not familiar with either of these (a P4 2.8 is also included with either board).

Any feedback on either of these?

i can't even find that epox board in epox site. are they both at least the same chipset?

The Epox 4G4AI has 845G the Asus P4PE has 845PE.

I would get the ASUS. It has good overclocking features and good support. I have never had a problem with ASUS. R

that asus will OC like a champ as it's using the 845PE.
