I am looking at 2 different computers. Can someone tell me which is the better I am leaning towards the first one. The faster processor is what has my interest but its also $300 cheaper.

The one with the 6700K.
It even has a better video card.
You really should get at least a 1080p monitor.
Do you think you could build your own system?
Windows 10;blech.

I have thought about building one but local options for parts is a big issue.

yea, I don't see any reason to hit the amd cpu system unless it is a lot cheaper. Your cooling bill will thank you, too.
