Help me choose an LCD

Are there any 19" LCD monitors >=$500?

What do you intend to do with the monitor? Gaming, watching movies or TV, doing photo editing, etc.?

I have the 17 inch version and its absolutely beautiful, the glass Xshield really makes it seem like I'm using a CRT. I got mine at Best Buy, but I can't seem to find too many places selling it. They also make a 19 inch, the newest model is the XG-92D which has a 8ms refresh rate.
