Help me choose a VID for LCD+HDTV Dual monitor Setup

I've been away from comp world so long I don't know much about vid cards anymore.
Your help is greatly appreciated

Quick spec
e4300, 4gb, 24" Dell LCD + 1080p 46" LCD TV

I need video card within $80 range to handle both 24" LCD and full HD playback on the TV.
DVI, HDMI, how can I take care of sound from PC to TV..etc etc.

tell me too if I have to upgrade CPU

What kind of work / gaming will you be doing on the monitors? Also you can overclock the cpu to 2.8 - 3ghz and it will be plenty fast!

I don't game much. maybe counter strike from time to time. lol
