Help me choose a socket 939 motherboard, PLEASE!?

ABIT AV8 3-rd Eye

ASUS A8V Deluxe

Please guys help me out. This is my first build, and I want to do it right. I'm down to these three. I didn't consider gigabyte cause it's close to 200.00, don't have deep pockets. Not sure if I can wait for the DFI board. Can someone recomend which of these three to get and why? Gonna be purchasing a 3500+ for the board. Don't plan on overclocking at first, but I most likely will later if the need arises, so I'm looking for a board that overclocks well also. Any help on this would be great. Thanks

Did you read Anandtech roundup of 939 which has all these 3 yet? All 3 were ok in the review although I would go for the Abit or Asus.
If I had cash to spare I would get the Gigabyte too, it seems very well constructed with top notch components which probably pushed the price up.

OH, yea, just read that review, thanks. Also leaning towards the Abit board.

Now my new concern is the 90nm CPUs, is that going to be an issue with the boards?
