not sure about ram.. does it matter?

that's about it.. need something cheap
i never really concerned myself with picking PSU but figured it might be bit more then just trivial

thanks in advance..

Power supply shouldn't matter too much with those components you don't need a 500 W supply or anything. Something modest from a decent manufacturer will suffice. 12v is used more and more, and 5v less and less, so at least 15A-20A on the 12v even if you don't need it now, you may later.

This is an excellent deal if you order today:

I am currently using the 14cm fan version of this power supply, and it has been good to me.

Even if you don't order today, Directron tends to have decent deals on Enermax, Super Flower, and Antec power supplies on a regular basis. You can get away with no more than $40 on a supply for your needs.

I wouldn't be too concerned about RAM. Decent PC3200 RAM, of course. But no need to go overboard. I'm using a vff3-250 with regular Mushkin Value PC3200 and that doesn't stop me from overclocking my 2800+ to 2.4 GHz. You lose a bit of speed from not running 1:1, but you don't lose much at all by running a divider, and RAM to run 1:1 is pretty damn expensive.
