help me choose a motherboard

hi. i am building a new machine, thought of amd 3200+. but i dont know which motherboard to buy. thought of gigabyte K8Nultra-9. if it has any problems then plz tell me.

Now since the OP didn't actually give us any info on what he wants to use the PC for, i'm gonna recommend the EPOX 9NPA+Ultra. Good mobo for pretty much everything, including OCing.

Is this a Socket A 3200 or an Athlon 64 3200? (Just gonna recommend the athlon 64 if there is a question)
 
Pentium you forgot the DFI nf4-d. Its supercheap at 112, although it doesn't have SATAII or firewall.
