Help me choose a laptop

I'm planning to buy my daughter (age 9) a used laptop for Xmas and could use some help picking a good deal on Craigslist. Looking to spend $100-150 and want at least a 14" screen size. She'll just be using it mainly for web browsing, playing kids games, and YouTube. Any suggestions that really stand out from the search list in my region of Seattle-Tacoma? I'll try to update this thread later with a list of what's on there.
