Hi, Dad says they want to build a PC at work for floating point calculations. He says they only have to buy
RAM
CPU
Motherboard

Budget: $400-450.

Ideas? I think the best choice would be Intel Core Duo? By the way there will be zero over clocking and no gaming. I think it is a plus if motherboard will have on board video...
